With mixed emotions, I wish to inform you that Ellie Harding is leaving our practice for pastures new.  After gaining her 1st class honours degree, she is heading off to complete her surveying training with a national company who will give her the dedicated experience required to enable her to secure her Chartered Surveyor status. This has been a long term ambition ever since joining our practice as a school leaver, 7 years ago. Ellie leaves with our full blessing after lots of hard work and dedication to the company, from starting as a junior to latterly being my invaluable assistant in our Estate Agency sales.  We wish Ellie every success in her future endeavours and I am sure our paths will cross again professionally in the future.

That leads me on to introduce our two newest members of the Matlock office sales team.  Tracey Morris has brought a mature head and a range of experience, since joining us earlier this year. Tracey has soon settled well into a negotiating role, which I am sure will develop moving forward.  Our newest member, due to start in August, is Hannah Blair.  Hannah has around 6 years of experience in Estate Agency starting with us as a school leaver and now returning to help continue the level of service we aim to deliver, after working for a competitor in the interim.  We welcome both into the Fidler Taylor practice and I am sure you will be introduced directly in due course.

From the perspective of John Taylor and I, it is business as usual and may I take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and custom. As always, do not hesitate to call if we can be of assistance.
