Our auctioneers are happy to give initial informal advice free of charge with our fee structure remaining broadly consistent with traditional private treaty sales.
We do not charge a buyer's premium as we believe it is important that the client achieve the best price rather than purchasers having to take into account additional payments which are ultimately bound to reflect on the price any purchaser is inclined to pay. Read more
Offering a property by public auction is not a guaranteed method of sale and it is not appropriate to all properties under all circumstances. We pride ourselves on giving the right advice to clients rather than advocating auction so as to merely fill a catalogue.
